By developing and building on our own property, we have the flexibility to be creative, innovative and purposeful as we grow into the school we want to become for our students, their families, and our community.
Our campus will be developed in phases, beginning with acquiring the land, then construction according to immediate needs to open, followed by expansion as enrollment grows and programs are added. The land purchase phase is approximately $10,000,000, and phase one of construction is approximately $20,000,000.
We are hoping for Fall 2023
Yes, similar to applying for financial aid to attend a college, we will have a formal process in place to assess and evaluate financial need assistance for all families, but particularly for those who would qualify at lower income levels.
Yes. In accordance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), we will strive to provide “reasonable accommodations” making our education more accessible for those with documented physical and learning disabilities.
Our plan is to open with both Freshman and Sophomore classes.
There will not be a faith requirement to become a student. Parents and adult age students would be required to sign a statement of understanding recognizing all instruction and activities will be provided through a Christ centered world view.
Yes, we will develop curriculum that meets the requirements for WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) accreditation. Additionally, our curriculum will be developed to meet the University of California A-G requirements.
Yes, as enrollment grows and the radius from where our students live expands, we will add transportation services.
When we are at a point to begin the hiring process, we will advertise available positions through common employment engines such as EdJoin, Indeed, and LinkedIn, as well as through our website and social media platforms.
Absolutely! As an LCH parent, there will be many ways to get involved and stay informed about what is happening on campus. When the time comes, we will enthusiastically reach out to parents to learn where they might be a good match for available opportunities.
